Speed Systems Penciling Tool

Penciling Tools are designed to cut a 1-1/2″ long taper on the cable’s insulation for applications requiring a tape build-up of the stress cone. The tool operates like an old-style manual pencil sharpener to carve away the insulation to the correct taper.

Cable samples are required to ensure the blade settings adequately remove the insulation.
