Universal Stringing Rollers – 5903

An infinite angle roller with adapters and fittings for a wide variety of conductor stringing applications

The No. 5903 All Angle Roller can be suspended with any of three suspension fittings shown on page 5. It can be crossarm mounted vertically and at 221/2′ and 45′ and mounted on vertical and horizontal insulators or fiberglass arms and brackets. The No. 5903 follows the conductor
through a 180′ arc for maximum stringing flexibility. It can be furnished with a permanently bonded conductive neoprene lined sheave.

Materials are lightweight, high strength 356-T6 aluminum alloy with stainless steel or cadmium plated steel parts. Sheaves are mounted on double-shielded, lifetime lubricated, maintenance-free ball bearings. Weight is 8 lbs.
