Sherman + Reilly Underground Blocks
S+R MODEL NO. UG-73:
Ideal for underground construction. Sheaves available polished groove, neoprene, or urethane lined. All blocks can be mounted on edge of manhole or anchored in vault (see schematic below). When ordering, specify model number, sheave size, effective radius, number of sheaves polished or lined, and size of manhole.

S+R MODEL NO. UG-71:
Ideal for quick installation in conduit. Slotted base allows for insertion and removal of pulling cable. Available in sizes to fit 2″ through 6″ conduit; specify conduit size when ordering. Sheave 7″ OD x 4 3/4″ rim width with 2 1/8″ radius at bottom of groove accommodates up to 4″ dia. cable. Sheave made of high strength aluminum alloy standard, ductile iron optional. Net weight 25 lbs. Caution: Use only on proper size conduit. Must fit snugly in conduit.

S+R MODEL NO. UG-72:
Easily installed in conduit. Slotted base makes quick installation and removal of pulling cable.
Available to fit 4″, 5″, and 6″ conduits, two sheaves give effective bending radius of 18″. Each
sheave 7″ OD x 4 3/4″ rim width to accommodate up to 4″ dia. cable. Sheaves aluminum alloy
standard, ductile iron optional. Net weight 40 lbs. Caution: Use only on proper size conduit.
Must fit snugly in conduit.

S+R MODEL NO. UG-76-QB:
Model UG-76-QB Quadrant Block mounts in S&R Jamb Skid with effective 30″ bottom of groove
radius. Six aluminum sheaves, mounted in welded steel frame, are 7″ OD x 4 3/4″ rim width
for up to 4″ cable. Fits various positions within the Jamb Skid.

S+R MODEL JSEA:
Model JSEA Jamb Skid consists of base plus extension for varying size vaults. Constructed
of high strength aluminum, allows mounting Sherman + Reilly Quadrant Block at different
positions. Overall lengths are 78″, 109″, and 140″. Available with or without Quadrant Block.
