Please use the following form to give us as much detail as possible about your repair. Ensure you are using the correct form for your location. Available as a PDF to print or using the online forms below. Typically, we will contact for approval on repairs that approach 50-60% of the cost to replace the tool.

Once you fill out and submit the repair form feel free to send in your tool. For expedited service please include a copy of the repair form with your tool when sending.
