The Sherman+ Reilly DDH-75 is a bullwheel puller for the installation of power-distribution conductor and optical-fiber cable in underground (ducted) applications. With a pulling capacity of 7,500 lbs. this machine offers plenty of power to handle most installations. The hydraulically driven twin capstan bullwheels ensure smooth, well-controlled and reliable pulls.
Powered by a 23 hp 4-cylinder, water cooled diesel engine gives plenty of power during installation while reducing noise, contributing to equipment longevity, and minimizing fuel costs. The transmission consists of two forward speeds plus a reverse demand payout offering flexibility and power for various pulling needs and eliminating overspin of cable storage reels. A footage counter and dynamometer provide accurate and continuous measurement of the length of conductor/cable deployed and of actual pulling tension.
Trailer is equipped with an adjustable pintle eye, hydraulic front and rear leveling jacks, tool box, electric road brakes, vinyl cover, and US DOT LED lighting. The continuous-weld steel construction provides a solid and durable piece of equipment, able to withstand rough field use.
