Bullwheel Tensioner – BWT-1485
The Sherman + Reilly BWT-1485 is a completely hydraulic bullwheel tensioner with tensioning capacity of 5,000 lbs. at 4 mph. Capable of maintaining well controlled tension for single conductor operations.
The BWT-1485 will operate both for paying out or pulling back conductor. Twin five-groove bullwheels are 48 inches in diameter and are lined with precision machined urethane, for maintaining tight control and gentle handling of conductor.
The single-axle trailer is equipped with a hydraulic front jack and drop leg rear leveling jacks, electric breaks, adjustable pintle eye, safety chains, and DOT LED lighting.
