Bullwheel Tensioner – BWT-1545
The Sherman + Reilly BWT-1545 is a bullwheel tensioner with tensioning capacity of 5,000 lbs. at 4 mph. It includes a reel carrier that accommodates reels up to 96 in. O.D. by 54 in. wide weighing up to 12,000 lbs.
The BWT-1545 will operate both for paying out or pulling back conductor. Twin five-groove bullwheels are 54 inches in diameter and are lined with precision machined urethane, for maintaining tight control and gentle handling of conductors.
The tandem-axle trailer is equipped with front and rear leveling jacks, electric breaks, adjustable pintle eye, safety chains, and DOT lighting.
