Proximity Voltage Detector – PRX-4
PRX-4 Proximity Voltage Detector provides utility professionals, arborists and first responders with a safety tool that will alert them to potentially dangerous high voltage in their work areas. Utilizes a rugged, durable, water resistant housing with dual hotstick connections – universal spline and shotgun stick. All of this is achieved while weighing less than 1 pound (.45kg).

Sealed to resist water penetration in typical outdoor environments
Two voltage ranges from 50V to 4kV and above 4kV
Detects voltages typically 3” (8cm) from the source at the 50V setting and 4kV at 10” (25cm) at the 4kV setting
Higher voltages result in greater detection distances
